Delivery inside Dhaka takes 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka takes 2–4 business days. Express delivery (Dhaka only) is 3 hours.
Standard delivery is ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka. Free on orders over ৳3,000. Express is a flat ৳150.
Sign in to your account and head to My Orders — every order has a live status and tracking number. We also send SMS updates at each stage.
You can edit or cancel within 1 hour of placing it as long as it hasn’t been packed. Go to My Orders → choose the order → tap Edit or Cancel.
Not yet — we currently deliver only within Bangladesh. International shipping is on our roadmap for 2026.
You have 7 days from delivery to return most items, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Go to My Orders → choose the item → tap Return / Exchange and pick Exchange for different size. We’ll schedule a pickup and dispatch the new size.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We’ll arrange a free pickup and expedite a replacement or full refund.

Most of our clothing is made from breathable, skin-safe cotton and muslin sourced from Narayanganj and Gazipur mills.
Yes. Every item meets BSTI safety guidelines. Items for infants under 36 months go through an additional 3-step quality check.
Wash inside-out in cold water (max 30°C), use a gentle baby-safe detergent, tumble dry low or line-dry in shade.

Yes — all payments go through SSLCommerz with end-to-end encryption. We never store your full card number or wallet PIN.
Failed transactions are auto-reversed within 5–7 business days. If not, email us a screenshot and we’ll resolve within 24 hours.
EMI is available on orders over ৳5,000 with select bank cards. Choose 3, 6 or 12-month EMI at checkout.
No — you can check out as a guest using just your phone number. But an account unlocks tracking, saved addresses, wishlist, and Kingdom Coins.
You earn 1 Kingdom Coin for every ৳20 spent. 100 Coins = ৳50 off. Coins expire 12 months after they’re earned.
